SMD Kit
You get the pre-soldered SMD PCB and the front panel. You would then have to take care of the appropriate microcontroller and the other components (potentiometer, OLED, jacks, etc.) by yourself.
If you check the BOM that you can find on the module page and realize that you already have all the components with you, then this is an option for you.
Complete Kit
You get ALL components, as well as microcontroller, SMD-PCB, display and the front panel. Euclidean firmware is pre-flashed.
Breathe Life Into Your Eurorack Modular Patches!
MVMNT is a Eurorack module designed to enrich your patch with smooth random and dynamic modulation.
It offers precision and versatility, giving you fine control of the shape and intensity of the smooth random control voltage.
Features:
Precise control over the shape and rate of smooth random modulation
Adjustable intensity for fine-tuning randomness
Dual-Panel Design by bkrsmdesign: It comes with a flip panel, featuring the original SYNC MOD LFO on the backside as a bonus.
This dual-use design allows you to switch between the two modules, providing flexibility and added value.
Smooth Random Control Voltage (CV): MVMNT introduces the power of smooth random CV, enhancing your modular with dynamic and unpredictable modulation possibilities.
Say goodbye to static soundscapes and welcome the beauty of randomness.
Track & Hold with using the digital Input.
Additional inverted and Bipolar Outputs.
Additional Firmware Options: Additional firmware from the talented coder Adam Wonak, the hardware offers a wide range of additional firmware options to try.
Perlin Noise Firmware: This firmware produces smooth random voltages to chaotic noise using the Perlin noise algorithm.
ADSR - envelope generator firmware
Baby4 - 4 step cv sequencer firmware
Multi-mode Envelope Generator firmware:
Generative Polyrhythms based on 16-step counter knobs.
Generative CV Sequencer (Inspired by the Deja Vu mode of the Mutable Instruments Marbles)
Knobs:
ELEVATE is the Level Knob and sets the voltage range. 0 to 10V range.
STRETCH σ (Standard Deviation) Knob controls the width of frequency fluctuation. At 0, voltage changes at a constant frequency. Increasing the value intensifies the fluctuation, introducing an element of unpredictability-
SMOOTH Curve Knob Modifys the curvature of the voltage change. At 0, the change is linear, while higher values introduce greater curvature, conforming to the Bezier curve.
FLUCTUATE Frequency Knob: Adjust the frequency of voltage change, allowing you to control the speed of modulation.
Hardware:
TRIG Input (5V)
Output Voltage 0/+10V
Bipolar output -5/+5
Inverted output -5/+5V
Skiff Friendly (24mm depth)
The module quickly became an essential companion in our modular syth patches.
MVMNT offers the automation and randomness we need to focus more deeply on composition and exploration.
