Dual crossfader is a compact 4HP voltage-controlled crossfader suitable for both audio and CVs. Smaller knobs set manual crossfade between AB and bigger knobs are CV attenuverters. LEDs show the adjusted positive and negative CV sides for easy monitoring.
Upper inputs (section 1) are normalled to lower inputs (section 2). Thus the same signal pair A&B can be differently crossfaded in both sections.
The switch clones section 1 controls to the section 2, which is useful to make stereo Dry/Wet adjustments or stereo VCA.
So this module can be used as:
- two independent crossfades
- two independent VCAs
- stereo crossfade or Dry/Wet control
- stereo VCA
- panner
Four jumpers on the back can give optional 5x amplification for each A or B input. So it is easy to crossfade modular level with linear level from pedals.
Output 1 is mixed with output 2 if left unconnected.

This small Eurorack module offers galvanic isolation between inputs and ¼ TRS balanced outputs.
Isolator is the perfect solution, allowing you to interface with external equipment without the risk of ground loop issues. Plus, if you don't have a signal plugged into the right input, Isolator will automatically send the left input to both left and right outputs. You can also adjust the output level for left and right channels with the "Level" knob, and set the level for the headphones output with the "Phones" knob.
By default, jumpers are installed to give the headphones output maximum gain. If this is too high for your particular headphones, simply remove both jumpers.

Six channel audio (AC coupled) mixer, channels arranged in three groups with separate outputs having led indicators. Each group can be switched to mix with the subsequent group, allowing for 2-2-2, 4-2, 6 mix configurations. The module can also be used to mix two stereo channels plus a separate group of two mono channels. Perfect audio performance with the lowest noise and distortion amounts.
The inner knobs control the A inputs, while the outer knobs control the B inputs.

2xSAM is 4 HP Dual Stereo Attenuator-Mixer
- Separate stereo outputs for attenuator duties
- Stereo mixer output
- Optional 5x gain for each input to raise line levels to modular amplitude (jumpers on the backside)
- Clean (low noise and distortion) performance
- Right inputs are normalled to Left inputs for easy mono operation
- AC coupled inputs
- Several 2xSAMs can be chained together or with other HN stereo modules via sockets on the back side

The 3x VCA offers three high class amplifier circuits with linear characteristic. Thanks to AC / DC compatibility, a very low noise floor and basically no distortion, the module is not only a great partner for control voltages, but audio material as well. Besides a signal input and output, each VCA has its own CV input. The dual potentiometers regulate levels and bipolar CV attenuation values of all amplifiers. Using these rather unusual, yet very practical components, it was possible for Happy Nerding to equip the 3x VCA with a front panel that is only 6 HP wide. Switches allow the user to feed the results of one amplifier to the output of the next, so we can get 1+2, 2+3, and 1+2+3 outputs mix. Two-colored LEDs visualize CV and output signals.

PanMix Jr is a high-quality 3-channel mixer with manual panning and volume controls with dual concentric knobs. Each channel’s output is separately available. Also, channels 1 and 2 can be switched to be mixed with the subsequent channel, allowing for 1-1-1, 1-2, 3 mix configurations. Equal power pan law (3dB) is provided. Left and Right led indicators available for all three channels.
Several modules can be chained together via connections on the back side. This connection is possible with other Happy Nerding stereo modules too. At the moment PanMix Jr stereo output can be internally send to the Isolator module. Or stereo signal can be received from OUT and the latest revision of PanMix.
AC coupled signal pass.

Very versatile, 3xMIA is a 6-channel attenuverting mixer/offset/scale/polarizer
It has 3 blocks of 2-channel attenuverting mixers, using dual concentric pots. Each channel can be switched to mix with the subsequent channel, allowing for 2-2-2, 4-2, 6 mix configurations.
With nothing plugged into an input, an offset is normalized to that channel. The inner knobs control the A inputs, while the outer knobs control the B inputs.
DC coupled, so it can be used for audio, CV, or both at the same time.

FX AID has 32 unique audio effects arranged in 4 banks of 8 effects.
Three effect controls plus analog Dry/Wet control with dedicated CV input. High-quality stereo signal pass. Separate modulation inputs for all three effect parameters plus Sample Rate Reducer (SRR) input - changes internal clock. Four user storable presets – stores selected program and all three controls. Spin FV-1 based.
The last used effects, and presets are always remembered.
32 effects are simultaneously available, but FX AID can be reflashed with other effects in any order.
Reflashing procedure is quite easy: playing 40 sec long “wav” file of line-level amplitude to SRR input.
Reflashing mode: hold both buttons for 10 seconds.
By default it runs on 32.77 kHz and, this sample rate can be decreased down to 150 Hz or brought up to 48 kHz via SRR input.

FX AID has 32 unique audio effects arranged in 4 banks of 8 effects.
Three effect controls plus analog Dry/Wet control with dedicated CV input.
High-quality stereo signal pass.
Assignable CV input to effect controls or to Sample Rate Reducer (changes the internal clock).
Four users storable presets – stores selected program and all three controls.
CV assign, presets, and the last used effect are remembered and always available after power-offs.
The module is not limited to the factory selected 32 effects: FX AID can be reflashed with other user-selected Happy Nerding effects in any order. In addition to this, the standalone FX AID editor application allows loading custom/free Spin programs. The reflashing procedure is simple: playing a 40-sec long “WAV” file of line-level amplitude to CV input for 4 HP versions or SRR input for FX AID XL.
Reflashing mode: hold both buttons for 10 sec.The available effects list is quite large and continues to grow.
Check out the editor page for the available effects: https://fxaid.app/
Please note the reverse CV operation of the Dry/Wet control: positive CV crossfades from Wet to Dry, and negative CV crossfades from Dry to Wet.

FM AID is a module designed to perform through-zero linear Frequency Modulation (FM) in the analog modular world. Any arbitrary signal can be used as a Carrier or Modulator. The module copies FM in how it is done in the digital implementation, but in a completely analog circuit free of digital aliasing artifacts. Digital or software FM oscillators are mainly based on a ramp waveform which is then shaped to other waveforms. This is also represented in the FM AID module: a sawtooth signal is expected on the Carrier input to give the indicated sine, triangle, sawtooth and square waveforms on the respective outputs. However the user is not limited to using only sawtooth for the Carrier and any other signal can be plugged giving many complex waveforms at the outputs.
All known FM tricks from digital implementation can also be applied – you can endlessly experiment with the Carrier/Modulator frequency ratios, Modulation index (FM knob), Modulator’s amplitude shaping (CV knob), feedback FM (output is fed back to the Modulator’s input) and many others.
The Carrier input has a normallsed connection to the Modulator’s input. This internal routing is disconnected each time a plug is inserted in the Modulator’s input. That is a handy option which allows the module to be used with only one signal source – this single signal will act as Carrier and Modulator at the same time. There won’t be any frequency differences between Carrier and Modulator in this case, but many interesting wave folding sounds will be available anyway.
Technically speaking FM AID uses Phase Modulation, not Frequency Modulation. The sonic difference is that the produced sound is brighter.
